Thermal Deburring Systems
Fast, uniform and repeatable. Thermal deburring removes burrs from metal parts in seconds, even inside hidden cavities and intersecting holes.
The Thermal Energy Method (TEM) ignites a combustible gas mixture inside a sealed chamber. The heat lets the oxygen in the mixture burn away burrs, flash and unwanted material on edges and internal passages, while threads and functional surfaces remain intact. HTE Control offers thermal deburring machines for ferrous and non-ferrous parts from machining and die casting, together with an industrial washing system that removes the thin oxide layer left after the process. All machines can be certified for Industry 4.0.

A flexible machine that deburrs both ferrous parts (cast iron, steel) and non-ferrous parts (aluminium, copper, zamak). Two chamber sizes are available to match your production needs.

WM 800
An industrial washing machine designed to remove the oxide layer left on parts after thermal deburring. It uses low-acidity, environmentally friendly products that need no rinsing, with ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum drying.
